We are delighted to welcome you to Petrine 10! To ensure your stay is comfortable and safe, and your experience is nothing but positive, we kindly ask you to observe the following House Rules.

1. CHECK-IN AND REGISTRATION

1.1. Check-in requires presenting a valid identification document (passport) for each guest.
 1.2. Standard times:

• Check-in: from 14:00.
• Check-out: until 12:00.

2. SMOKING AND FIRE SAFETY

2.1. Petrine 10 is a smoke-free property. Smoking (including tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, IQOS, and vapes) is strictly prohibited in rooms, corridors, and other public areas of the hotel.
 2.2. Violation of the smoking ban will result in a fee for special cleaning and ozonation of the room. If the fire alarm is triggered due to the guest's fault, the fine may be increased.
 2.3. The designated smoking area is located outside.
 2.4. It is prohibited to store explosives or flammable substances in the room, or to use open fire (candles, sparklers).

3. QUIET AND COMFORT

3.1. We value the peace of our guests. Please observe quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
 3.2. Please keep TV volume down and refrain from loud conversations in the hallways during the night.
 3.3. The Hotel administration reserves the right to refuse service to guests displaying aggression, severe intoxication, or disturbing public order.

4. VISITORS

4.1. Visitors are allowed in your room from 08:00 to 23:00.
 4.2. After 23:00, any visitor must be registered as a hotel guest, and the stay must be paid for according to the extra bed rate (subject to availability).

5. PROPERTY SAFETY

5.1. Please treat the hotel’s furniture, appliances, and textiles with care.
 5.2. In case of damage or loss of Hotel property, the guest is obliged to compensate the full cost according to the approved Damage Price List.
 5.3. It is prohibited to remove towels, bathrobes, dishes, or other hotel property from the room.

6. PETS

Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.

7. LOST AND FOUND

7.1. If lost items are found, the administration will immediately notify the owner (if contact details are known).
 7.2. Lost items are stored at the hotel for 3 months, after which they are disposed of. Food and beverages are disposed of within 24 hours.
