1. Booking and Payment Procedure To pay for a reservation by bank card on the website, please follow these steps:
- Select the dates of stay and the room;
- Enter the guest details;
- Proceed to the payment stage and select the "Pay by bank card" method;
- Click the "Pay" button. You will be redirected to the secure page of the WebPay processing system to enter your card details.
2. Payment Security Payments are processed via the
WebPay electronic payment system.
The secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection via the secure TLS protocol and confidentially receives the client’s payment card data (card number, cardholder name, expiration date, and CVC/CVC2 control number).
After making a payment with a bank card, please keep the received card receipts (payment confirmations) to reconcile with your card account statement (to confirm transactions in case of any disputes).
3. Refunds When paying by bank card, refunds are processed to the same card used for the payment.
Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the rate selected during booking (cancellation deadlines are specified in the booking voucher and rate rules).
