Petrine10 Aparthotel is located in a building that stands as a true chronicle of Grodno’s history. Its origins date back to 1795, when a luxurious residence was constructed here for one of the most influential noble families of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania — the Sapieha Palace.
This building is a living architectural monument that has preserved its grandeur through the centuries. A defining feature of its appearance is its execution in the rare and expressive Petrine Baroque style, which inspired the name Petrine10.
Over its long history, the building has played many roles: from a noble estate and a wealthy merchant’s house (known as the Solomon Lapin House) to a pharmaceutical warehouse and a confectionery famous in Soviet times, whose aroma is still fondly remembered by many local residents. Today, we have restored this place to its original purpose — to serve as a home for those who value comfort and history.
